In my clinical practice I am also deeply informed by Embodied-Relational Therapy (ERT), in which I have an advanced diploma, and ongoing advancements in neuroscience; with a particular emphasis on findings in memory reconsolidation research and there profound implications for improving the effectiveness of psychotherapy.
