My private practice is based in quiet and discreet rooms in Fleet Street in the City of London. I’m a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and trained at Metanoia Institute. I hold an MSc. Integrative Psychotherapy (Middlesex University) and a BSc. (Hons) Psychology (Birkbeck College, University of London). I’ve over 9 years experience and have worked with people who bring a wide range of concerns. I’m particularly skilled and attuned to working with issues relating to bereavement, loss and separation and life transitions (e.g. retirement, redundancy, divorce, student concerns, relationship break ups, long term illness). I’ve extensive experience and training as a bereavement counsellor in addition to my original training as a psychotherapist – this includes working with people who have suffered a traumatic bereavement, for example a sudden death, a suicide or the death of child.
I offer both short term (e.g. 6-8 weekly sessions) and long-term ongoing sessions. I’m also experienced in working with psychotherapy/counselling trainees.
Please do visit my website for more information about me and how I work.
